After working as an electrical engineer, he entered insurance and built more than 20 years of experience. Today, he leads Tristate Financial Network and helps families and agents understand insurance, retirement-income protection and legacy considerations.

Noelle grew up in a large Ohio family and earned her economics degree from the University of Cincinnati. After discovering a passion for insurance education, she devoted more than 20 years to helping families and mentoring insurance professionals. She co-founded Tristate Financial Network with her husband, Mike, in 2005.
